1. Processing Times
 

  • All orders are processed within 1– 2 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, packed, or dispatched on weekends or South African public holidays.

  • If we experience a high order volume, processing times may extend slightly. Should this occur, we’ll communicate delays where possible.
     

2. Delivery Time frames

We ship nationwide using trusted South African couriers such as The Courier Guy, Fastway, RAM, or Aramex.
 

Estimated delivery windows:

  • Major cities & metros: 2–4 business days

  • Outlying & rural areas: 3–8 business days
     

Delivery time frames may vary due to courier delays, load shedding, weather disruptions, or peak-season backlogs.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
From time to time, we may offer:

​

  • Flat-rate shipping

  • Free shipping promotions

  • Collection points (where available)
     

All shipping rates will be clearly displayed before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive:
 

  • A courier tracking number

  • A link to track your parcel in real time
     

If tracking updates appear delayed, please allow the courier additional time to scan and process parcels.

5. Delivery Information & Responsibilities
 

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for parcels delayed, returned, or lost due to:

 

  • Incorrect address information

  • Unavailable recipients

  • Failure to collect from pickup points
     

If a parcel is returned to us, customers may be responsible for re-shipping fees.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
 

  • If your parcel appears lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly, we will assist in logging a formal investigation with the courier.

  • Courier investigations may take up to 7 business days.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and item so we can assess and resolve the matter.
     

7. Service Interruptions

Shipping times may be affected by:
 

  • Load shedding

  • Extreme weather

  • Courier capacity limits

  • Strikes or regional disruptions

  • Peak periods (Black Friday, December, etc.)

    We cannot guarantee delivery dates, but we always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
